Did you draw everything?
Yes! Everything you see in my shop is entirely drawn and designed by Jeshimi (me!). You can visit my Instagram page to see what I'm currently working on.

Do you do commissions?
I open commissions from time to time - you can visit my Instagram to stay updated. You can also email me with ideas and maybe we can work something out!

What program do you use to draw?
All of my illustrations are done on procreate.
PROCESSING/SHIPPING/RETURNS

How long is your processing time?
Our current processing time is
1-3 days (not including Saturdays and Sundays). The processing time is how long it takes me to prepare and pack your order. This does NOT include the shipping time. You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped.
Our business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. -
How long will shipping take?
Orders containing ONLY stickers are shipped via USPS First-class mail, which according to their website, takes 1-5 days to arrive. Please keep in mind that this does not include Sundays.
Orders containing keychains or apparel, ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which according to their website, takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind that this does not include Sundays.
All orders are shipped out of New York, so the further you are from us, the longer it might take. -
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship within the U.S.
International shipping will be an option in the near future. -
Can I track my package?
Tracking will NOT be available for orders that are shipped with USPS First-class mail.
All other shipping options will come with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to update. -
Why was my package marked "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
The post office may be experiencing delays and therefore your package might take up to two weeks to arrive after it has been marked "delivered."
If you still cannot find your package, please contact your local post office, check with your neighbors, or look out for delivery notices. I receive the same amount of information as you once I drop off the package at the post office. -
What if my order is marked "Return to Sender"?
If the order was returned to us and the shipping address was correct, I will re-ship it to you at no extra cost the first time. If you need to change the address or need it re-shipped twice, then we will have to charge you for the shipping fee.

What is your refund policy?
All refunds/returns/exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the wrong item was shipped or the product was damaged, please email me at studiojeshimi@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the product within 7 days.
If your refund has been approved, the item total, minus the shipping cost, will be refunded to you AFTER we receive the item.
